Registration add-on is additional usage/costs, to be registred in Stamp Journal add-on.

Posting to Job and Service

The lines can be posted to Job and Service.. This happens if the field Resource No or Work Type is filled in.

• If Resource No is filled in, this is used. Otherwise, the resource is used from the Stamp Journal Line.
• If Work Type is filled in, this is used. Otherwise, the Work Type is taken from the resource.

Timecounter to Agreement Setup

An extra line can be formed Calculated lines. This extra line can be used in the Agreement Setup. This happens if Timecounter is filled in.

Transfer to Pay Transactions

The lines can be transferred to Pay Events in connection with Create Pay Transactions. This happens if the field Pay Type is filled in.

Pay Events can later be transferred to Job. In which case:

• If Resource No is filled in, this is used. Otherwise, the resource is used from the Stamp Journal Line.
• When transferred. it uses the Work Type from the Pay Type.

Remark: Qty to be posted/transferred can be:

• Given a mandatory value
• Corrected with rounding
• Corrected by minimum/maximum
