Field Direction for Wait Job

This field determines which nearby job should be used for Min Time Wait Job functionality.

Previous changes the gap to the same as the job registration before the gap. Except if the gap is just after Clock-In, then the following registration is used.

Next changes the gap to the same as the job registration following the gap. Except if the gap is just before Clock-Out, then the registration before is used.
