Field Seniority Date

This field is used by the Create Pay Transactions to limit certain rules.

If the field is empty, the standard NAV/BC Employee field Employment Date is used instead.

If Lessor Payroll is installed, the field is hidden - and NOT in use, as Lessor Payroll already has such field.
